Taking some time for herself, Nicole Richie was spotted out in West Hollywood, CA on Friday (9/16/2011).The former reality TV star looked cute in a fall-appropriate ensemble but looked rather serious as she made her way past the on-hand photogs.
Last week, Richie took the stage to say a few words at the Fashion�s Night Out event in Los Angeles.
Nicole summed up the event by saying �it�s about creating memories, having fun and shopping.�
