Matthew Fox Off The Hook From Drunken Assault.

Matthew Fox our Hot Celebrity got away from the charges that was brought against last month. Lucky for him.

He was sued by the female party bus driver driver whom he allegedly punched drunkenly in the breast and vagina during an altercation. But according to the Cleveland Prosecutor's Office, he will not have any charges brought against him!

A rep explains:

"There will be no charges brought. After a review of the facts [officials] came to the conclusion not to charge."

However, the party bus driver's lawyer said in a statement:

"That is a terrible disappointment to my client. She is disappointed in the justice system and the decision."

Even though he is off the hook we think the public embarrassment for this kind of behavior is punishment enough. No matter how intoxicated he was, this kind of behavior is never acceptable.

Charlie Sheen Is Coming To The Primetime Emmys.

Celebrity gossip star Charlie Sheen is going to attend the Primetime Emmys, although he has no nomination people saying that he will be serving as a presenter tomorrow night.

Britney Spears, after being a long time on the celebrity gossips, many out there who don't want to see her getting a happy ending.

But has America's onetime pop princess finally found her prince? Celebrity news believes as much, as her longtime, rock-solid agent beau Jason Trawick set tongues wagging this week when he was spotted yesterday afternoon perusing the baubles at jeweler-to-the-stars Pascal Mouawad's showroom in Los Angeles.

It wasn't long before the sighting by X17online turned into online gospel, especially after they claimed that the 39-year-old spent more than an hour looking at engagement rings for his 29-year-old paramour.

But is Britney really heading back down the aisle? Will the third time prove the charm for this unlucky in love gal? Hang on to that bridal registry, because this rumor is...

So false!

"There is no truth to that report with regards to engagement rings," Britney's publicist, Jeff Raymond, told E! News.

"However, Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to him personally."

Unhappy news for her fans and a happy news for others (you know whom I am talking about).

Andy Whitfield Of �Spartacus� Died At The Age Of 39.

Celebrity news declares that Andy Whitfield, who starred in TV's Spartacus: Blood and Sand ,left the show to take care of a recurrence of non-Hodgkin lymphoma,died Sunday of the disease at age 39.

The actor's wife Vashti said in a statement that the "beautiful young warrior" died on a "sunny Sydney morning" in the "arms of his loving wife,".

Andy Whitfield was in Wales and a resident of Australia. He was preparing for a second season in September 2010 when he told hat he would not be returning to the series so that he could undergo aggressive cancer treatment. And was replaced by actor Liam McIntyre.

In Whitfield's statement, he said, "It seems that it is time for myself and my family to embark on another extraordinary journey."

But that was all for our talented and hot celebrity. My he rest in peace.

"She has her own team at Kohls and I have mine," he continued. "We're very instrumental in supporting each other through this whole process."
Adding, "Her line is fantastic."

"Everybody's fine, the kids are fine," he said. "I'm looking forward to all these project I have this year... It's a great time... It's absolutely a great time."

Celebrity news posted that despite the split the couple�s new upcoming reality talent show "Q'Viva! The Chosen," is still moving forward.
