Jennifer Lopez's Airport Afternoon with the Twins

Working her way into the weekend, newly-single Jennifer Lopez was busy on the set of "What To Expect When Expecting" in Atlanta, GA on Friday (August 5).

With the shoot being held at the Fulton County Airport, the "American Idol" judge transformed into her character named Holly as she arrived at the transportation locale to meet with representatives of a locally based adoption agency called Worldcare Adoption.

During the day's filming, Miss Lopez's shared twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, Emme and Max, kept busy as they played with their nanny while their superstar mommy plugged away at the Kirk Jones directed romantic comedy.

As for her recent split from Marc, a source recently told People magazine, "She is very relieved to be out of [the marriage], frankly. I don't think she is sitting around crying or wondering if she made the wrong decision."

Keeping occupied with the movie-in-the-making, the insider added, "For her, it's back to business. She is all about her career. She's excited to move on."

Jennifer Lopez's Wax Replica Draws Flower-Toting Suitors

She's all over the headlines these days, and most recently Jennifer Lopez's wax figure is drawing crowds and making news.

Coinciding with her split from Marc Anthony, a brand new wax replica of the On the Floor singer was revealed at Madame Tussauds in New York City on Tuesday (August 2).

The beautiful figure attracted hundreds of fans and photographers, not to mention a group of male suitors armed with flowers for the newly-single stars wax look-a-like.

Meanwhile, Lopez opened up about her decision to leave her marriage to Anthony for the first time in the September issue of Vanity Fair, as she said, To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now.

Jennifer Lopez Talks Marc Anthony Breakup with Vanity Fair

Opening up about her split from Marc Anthony for the very first time, Jennifer Lopez is featured as the cover girl of the September 2011 Vanity Fair Style Issue.

The newly-single singer/actress posed for the magazine in a shoot by Mario Testino while talking about her breakup, current state of mind and lifelong attachment to Anthony.

Set to hit newsstands in New York and L.A. on Wednesday, August 3 and nationally on Tuesday, August 9, highlights from Miss Lopez's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Vanity Fair.

On desperately wanting married life to work out:

That was my biggest dream, and I really worked hard at it. We both did. Sometimes it doesnt work and thats sad. But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love, Lopez says. Its still my biggest dream. I am positive determined to move forward with my life, bring up my babies, and do the best job I can as a mother, entertainer, and person. I now look forward to new challenges. I feel strong.

On the passage that has brought her to her current state of mind:

Im a hopeless romantic and passionate person when it comes to love. Its not that I didnt love myself before. Sometimes we dont realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now.

On ex-husband Marc Anthony holding a special place in her heart:

I will always respect Marc as a singer and performer. We actually work great together, and he was always very supportive. Together we could make magic and we did. He will always be in our lives. He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children.

Appeals court sides with J.Lo in home video fight

A California appeals court says a dispute between Jennifer Lopez and her first husband over the release of intimate home videos should be handled through arbitration, not the public court system.

A ruling Friday by the 2nd District Court of Appeal states that a Los Angeles judge erred by not granting Lopez's request to move the case to arbitration.

The ruling states Lopez has a valid agreement with ex-husband Ojani Noa and his agents preventing him from releasing "any private or intimate details" about the couple's relationship.

Lopez and Noa wed in 1997. Their marriage lasted just 11 months.

They have been fighting in court for nearly two years over Noa's plans to use portions of more than 11 hours of home videos of him and Lopez for a movie.

Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony call it quits

With three failed marriages between them, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony finally seemed to find true love together when they married seven years ago. They had twin children, went on tour together, did a movie together and even planned a music-based reality show they were working on together.

But on Friday, the pair announced they were no longer together.

"We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision," the couple said in a statement by Lopez's publicist. "We have come to amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."

It was a surprising split for one of Hollywood's most high profile stars. They seemed inseparable: Lopez even danced in the background for her crooner husband when he performed on "American Idol," where she debuted as a judge this past season.

The pair, both of Puerto Rican heritage, married in 2004 after years of knowing each other. He was ending a marriage to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, while she had recently endured a high-profile breakup with Ben Affleck.

Lopez had been married twice before in brief unions to Ojani Noa and Chris Judd and had a famous romance with Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Her union with Anthony was her most enduring public relationship. The pair did a joint tour together and starred in the movie "El Cantante" in 2006.

They also had two children, twins Emme and Max. They were Lopez's first children; Anthony had a child from Torres and another from a previous relationship.

In April, the pair announced plans for a television show together, "Q'Viva! The Chosen," with Simon Fuller, the creator of "Idol." The show was to feature the superstar couple as they traveled the world to find the best performers in Latin music, dance and other arts with the goal of creating a live extravaganza.

The show had no airdate, and it's unclear if it will continue.

Lopez released her latest album, titled "Love," this year. Her career, which had lulled in recent years, has surged since she became an "Idol" judge.

Jennifer Lopez titles album, premieres new single live Sunday

By Examiner.com

The wait is nearly over for Jennifer Lopezs first single to be released from an album dubbed Love ?.

Titled Louboutins, Lopezs new single will make its debut not on radio or online but at Sundays American Music Awards.

Joining a line up that includes Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Alicia Keys and more, Lopez will perform the new single before a live audience.

Speaking with 102.7 FMs DJ Skee earlier this week, Lopez discussed the single and forthcoming performance.

Its basically about when you get to that point in a bad relationship and youre like: I really have to leave. Its just not good for me, said Lopez. This song is actually about when youve made the decision-Im out.

While Lopez dismissed claims that the song was related to her current life and marriage (Marc Anthony), she did tell DJ Skee that shes had to put on her Louboutins on and walk in the past.

Ive had to do it sometimes you just gotta do it. You gotta put on your Louboutins and be like, This is what youre missing..

Earlier this year, Lopez released a record titled Fresh Out The Oven featuring Pitbull under her nickname Lola. Contrary to reports calling the record a single, Lopez says it may not make the album but could be released as a bonus track.

Lopezs forthcoming album, her first in nearly three years, is due for release early 2010.
