Announcing a third addition to her family, Jessica Capshaw took to Twitter to reveal that she�s pregnant!
The �Grey�s Anatomy� star wrote, �It is with profound happiness and sheer delight that @Christopher_Gav and I can say that another sweet Gavigan baby is on the way!�
Hubby Christopher Gavigan, who is the founder of The Honest Company, added, �We are thrilled!�
The excited stars are already parents to children Eve Augusta, 14 months, and Luke Hudson, 4.
