Getting herself into a little bit of a pickle, Lady Gaga is being sued for allegedly ripping off a 1999 song named �Juda� and using it for her own song, �Judas.�According to press, a singer named Rebecca Francescatti is claiming that there are too many similarities stemming from her own music to Gaga�s �Born This Way� album.
Francescatti believes it has to do with her former bass player, Brian Gaynor, who now works for the company that helped write some of the �Bad Romance� singer�s new tunes.
Rebecca's lawyer, �Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody� Francescatti is seeking recognition for what she created.�
